    Your billing will be on the date you purchased your package with us.

  • What is the average turnaround time?

    The turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the project. The average time is between 2-3 business days.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    For overseas transactions, we only accept Paypal as a method of payment at the moment.


    For within the country transactions, we accept bank transfers.

  • What if I did not maximize the number of projects allowed by the end of the month? 

    The unused projects will expire at the end of the month.

  • What can you design for us?

    Anything within the scope of our package, however, if you want something designed that is not on our list, feel free to send us an e-mail and will let you know if we can do it for you.
